About LeadVista & Our Technology Provider

LeadVista is a brand operated by 3Life Pte Ltd. The LeadVista platform is powered by our technology provider, Sales-mind.ai. Certain features, infrastructure, and processing may be performed by or through our provider. Where applicable, rights, obligations, and processing activities may reference our provider and/or its licensors. For support and contractual purposes with you, 3Life Pte Ltd remains your primary counterparty unless expressly stated otherwise.

Definitions

Service: The AI-driven prospecting solutions offered under the LeadVista brand, including all features, tools, and resources available through the platform.

Users: Businesses using LeadVista. While primarily geared toward B2B operations, individual representatives (e.g., sales professionals, recruiters, marketers) may also use the platform.

Content: AI-generated analyses, outputs, and insights produced or made available to users via LeadVista.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeadVista, you agree to these Terms of Service. An account is required to use the Service. While there is no specific age restriction, a valid email address is required for registration.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Service or business/regulatory requirements. We do not provide proactive notices by email; a notice will be placed at the header of this Terms of Service page when updates occur. • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
• Avoid uploading or sharing prohibited content (e.g., content you do not have rights to, misleading information).
• Respect other users and avoid spam or inappropriate communications.

LinkedIn Risk Notice: LinkedIn may flag, limit, or ban accounts engaged in automation. LeadVista (and 3Life Pte Ltd) declines responsibility for such outcomes but will provide guidance and support efforts to help you attempt to resolve issues.

Account Registration and Security

Register using your email via our website. We implement security measures to help protect your data and account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards via Stripe.

Subscriptions: Monthly or yearly plans. We may, from time to time, offer a lifetime deal.

Refunds:

• Eligible if the software was not used for 7 days after payment, and
• The refund is requested within that 7-day period.

Refunds are not available if the software has been used. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property Rights

All AI-generated outputs, models, software, and platform content made available by or through Leadvista are owned by 3Life Pte Ltd and/or its licensors (including our technology provider), including updates and derivatives.

Content you create from scratch within the platform (e.g., your input data, text you author, assets you upload) remains your property.

Trademarks, logos, and other proprietary materials on the Service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You must obtain prior authorization for any reproduction, publication, or copying of our protected materials beyond what is expressly permitted by these Terms.

You agree to use Service content in a strictly private context unless expressly authorized otherwise. Commercial use of our protected materials without permission is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for content you upload or post and agree not to post content that infringes third-party rights or interests. We may remove or modify user content at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Disclaimers of Warranties

LeadVista provides AI-generated hypotheses and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that outputs are error-free or suitable for every use case.

Integrations (e.g., LinkedIn) are subject to third-party limitations outside our control.

You acknowledge and agree that once your LinkedIn account is connected to LeadVista, the system may perform actions on your behalf as configured by you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the total amount you paid for the Service in the last three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Use of Company Logos

By using the Service, you grant 3Life Pte Ltd a limited right to display your company logo on our website, promotional content, and case studies to showcase our customer base. This does not imply endorsement. You may request removal at enquiries@axionet.ai.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, user data may be retained, anonymized, and used for product improvement for a variable period aligned with our development cycles, after which it may be deleted.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

We encourage users to contact us to resolve issues informally. If needed, mediation is preferred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

The Service may include links to third-party sites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices. You access them at your own risk.
