    1. What Information Do We Collect?

    Personal information you disclose to us

    In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

    We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, express interest in our products and Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us.

    Depending on your interactions and choices, we may collect: names; email addresses; passwords; billing addresses; debit/credit card numbers.

    Sensitive Information.

    We do not process sensitive information.

    Payment Data.

    Social Media Login Data.

    We may provide the option to register using social media account details (e.g., Facebook, X). If you choose this, we will collect certain profile information from the provider as described in Section 7.

    We automatically collect device and usage information (e.g., IP address, browser/device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, country, location, usage timestamps, pages viewed, feature use, device event information).

    The information we collect includes: Log and Usage Data; Device Data; Location Data (approximate, inferred from IP; disabling may affect features).

    Google API. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    In Short: We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outside sources.

    These may include mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent/user behavior data, IP addresses, social profiles/URLs, and custom profiles for targeted advertising and event promotion. If you interact with us via social media, we receive information the platform shares based on your settings.

Some Leadvista components may be provided by third-party platform providers acting as processors.

    5. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

    Yes. We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for security, preferences, analytics, and advertising (including abandoned cart reminders, where applicable). Manage cookies in your browser; some features may not work if disabled.

    Google Analytics. We may use GA (incl. Advertising Features). You can opt out via the GA Opt-out Add-on and ad settings/industry tools.

    6. Do We Offer Artificial Intelligence-Based Products?

    Yes. Leadvista includes AI-powered features (e.g., NLP personalization, automations, predictive insights, search). Third-party AI providers may process inputs/outputs and related personal information to enable features, per this Notice and provider terms. Do not use AI features in ways that violate provider policies.

    7. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

    If you register/log in with a social account, we may receive certain profile information (e.g., name, email, profile picture) from that provider, subject to your settings. We use it as described here. Review the provider's privacy notices.

    8. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

    Yes. We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries outside your own, including where our providers/partners are located. For EEA/UK/CH, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual measures).

    9. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

    We keep information as long as necessary for the purposes in this Notice unless longer is required/permitted by law. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it; if immediate deletion isn't possible (e.g., backups), we securely store and isolate it until deletion.

    We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. Nonetheless, no method is completely secure. Use secure environments and protect your credentials.

    11. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

    We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. If we learn we collected such data, we will deactivate and delete it. Contact enquiries@axionet.ai if you believe this occurred.

    12. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

    Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or port data, and not be subject to certain automated decisions.

    20. LeadVista Chrome Extension Privacy Policy

    Overview

    This section applies specifically to the LeadVista Chrome Extension (our LinkedIn Automation Tool), available through the Chrome Web Store. It explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.

    If you do not agree with this policy, please do not install or use the Extension.

    Data We Collect

    The Extension may collect the following categories of data:

    • LinkedIn Session Cookies (li_at, li_a, JSESSIONID) — Used solely for session authentication and verifying your LinkedIn connection.
    • LinkedIn Profile Information — Public data such as name, headline, company, and role, used for AI-powered enrichment and personalization.
