1. Offer Description

• The "$35/month AI-Ready Website" offer provides a done-for-you website package for SGD 35 per month per website.
• The package includes: up to 8 unique pages, hosting, copywriting/content writing, premium custom design (not off-the-shelf templates), ongoing security, maintenance and updates, and unlimited change requests subject to clause 4.

2. Inclusions and Exclusions

2.1 Included services (subject to fair and reasonable use):

• Initial website strategy, layout, and design
• Creation of up to 8 pages (e.g. Home, About, Services, Pricing, Blog, Contact)
• Standard hosting on LeadVista's chosen infrastructure
• Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions, headings)
• SSL certificate and basic security configuration

2.2 Excluded from the monthly fee unless separately quoted:

• Custom software development or complex web applications
• Paid third-party tools, plugins, or licenses (e.g. premium booking systems, email tools, stock assets)
• Copywriting for blog posts beyond the initial 8 pages
• Advanced SEO campaigns, ad management, or marketing services
• Domain name registration or renewal fees

2.3 Any additional services requested outside the above scope will be quoted and billed separately at LeadVista's prevailing rates.

3. Pricing, Billing and Term

• The fee is SGD 35 per month, billed monthly in advance to the payment method you provide.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, there is no long-term contract and you may cancel anytime, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current paid month.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by LeadVista in writing.
• LeadVista may revise pricing for new customers or renewals by providing notice in accordance with its main Terms of Service.

4. Unlimited Change Requests, Turnaround and Expedite Fee

• You may submit unlimited change requests to your website for as long as your subscription is active and your account is in good standing.
• Change requests include, for example: editing or replacing text and images on existing pages, adding sections to existing pages, and reasonable layout and design refinements.
• There is no guaranteed turnaround time for standard work or change requests. By using this service, you agree that LeadVista will schedule and complete work at its reasonable discretion and capacity, and you will not hold LeadVista liable for specific delivery dates or times.
• If you require a specific task or set of changes to be completed within 3 working days, you may request expedited handling.
• Expedited handling is subject to LeadVista's approval and, if accepted, will incur a SGD 20 expedite fee per job, payable in advance. A "job" means a clearly defined task or batch of related changes agreed in writing.
• If LeadVista accepts an expedite request and is unable to complete the agreed job within 3 working days due to reasons within its reasonable control, LeadVista may, at its discretion, refund or credit the SGD 20 expedite fee as your sole and exclusive remedy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing, in a timely manner: accurate business information, branding assets (logo, colors), any mandatory legal text or policies, and access to third-party accounts that need to be integrated.
• You confirm that all content, images, and materials you provide do not infringe any third-party rights and comply with applicable laws.
• You must use the website and hosting in compliance with LeadVista's Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

6. Ownership and License

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LeadVista retains ownership of its proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, and underlying platform.
• You receive a license to use the finished website for as long as your subscription is active and your account is in good standing.
• If you cancel and wish to migrate the site elsewhere, LeadVista may provide an export of static content or a migration solution, which may incur an additional fee.

7. Suspension, Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting LeadVista support, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• LeadVista may suspend or terminate service if payments are overdue, or you breach these Terms of Use, the main Terms of Service, or any applicable law.
• On termination, hosting and support may stop immediately, and the website may become inaccessible unless a separate arrangement has been agreed.

8. Relationship to Other Terms

• These offer-specific terms supplement LeadVista's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.
• In the event of any conflict, LeadVista's Terms of Service prevail regarding overall service use, and these Terms of Use apply specifically to the $35/month AI-Ready Website package.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
