1. Voucher Value & Application

• This voucher provides a SGD $100 discount on eligible LeadVista.ai subscription fees.
• The discount is applied once per account to the first invoice that meets the minimum spend requirement (see clause 3).
• The voucher has no cash value, is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

2. Eligibility

• Offer is valid only for new LeadVista.ai customers who have not held a paid subscription under the same company or individual name, email address, billing account, or payment method within the last 12 months.
• LeadVista.ai reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse redemption if it reasonably believes the voucher is being used by an ineligible customer or for fraudulent activity.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, the voucher is intended for business use and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

3. Minimum Spend & Applicable Plans

• The voucher may be applied only to monthly or annual subscriptions for LeadVista.ai plans, excluding free trials or custom enterprise agreements.
• A minimum subscription value of SGD $100 (before taxes and fees) is required on the applicable invoice to redeem the voucher.
• The voucher does not apply to taxes, payment processing fees, government charges, add-on services, custom development, consulting, or third-party products unless explicitly stated.

4. Redemption Process

• To redeem, visit leadvista.ai/pricing, select an eligible plan, and enter the promo code 2PWPQYY at checkout or on the billing page before making payment.
• Only one voucher or promo code can be applied per subscription, per company, and per billing account.
• If the full SGD $100 value cannot be applied (for example, the invoice amount is lower than the voucher value), any unused portion is forfeited and will not carry over to future invoices.

5. Validity Period

• The voucher is valid for redemptions made between 1 February 2026 and 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive.
• Redemptions made after the expiry date will not be honoured, and no extensions will be granted unless explicitly agreed in writing by LeadVista.ai.

6. Non-Transferability & Prohibited Uses

• The voucher is personal to the original recipient and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, transferred, or exchanged, whether for value or otherwise.
• The voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or referral credits, unless LeadVista.ai expressly allows it in writing.
• The voucher may not be used for any purposes that violate the LeadVista.ai Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Subscription Changes

• If you cancel your subscription or downgrade your plan after redeeming the voucher, no refund or credit will be given for the voucher amount.
• Standard LeadVista.ai refund and cancellation policies continue to apply to the underlying subscription purchase.
• LeadVista.ai may adjust pricing, plans, and features at any time in accordance with its Terms of Service. Such changes do not give rise to any right to a refund or replacement voucher.

8. Misuse & Fraud

• LeadVista.ai may, in its sole discretion, invalidate, suspend, or refuse redemption of any voucher if it reasonably believes the voucher was obtained, shared, or used fraudulently or in breach of these terms, or multiple accounts are being created or used by the same individual or organisation to circumvent voucher limits.
• LeadVista.ai also reserves the right to charge the full, undiscounted price to any account that has redeemed a voucher in violation of these terms.

9. Relationship to Other Agreements

• These voucher terms supplement the LeadVista.ai Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable data processing agreements.
• In the event of any conflict between these voucher terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail with respect to the underlying services, and these voucher terms prevail only as to the application of the voucher.

10. Modification & Termination of Offer

LeadVista.ai may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect vouchers that have already been redeemed in accordance with these terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These voucher terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to this voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
