Billing & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe. We don't accept PayNow or PayPal.

When will I be charged? 

You're charged at the end of your 30-day free trial. After that, charges recur based on your selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

Can I get an invoice/receipt? 

Yes. Stripe automatically emails receipts and makes invoices available from your billing portal.

Do you support corporate procurement (POs, bank transfer)? 

Not at this time. We only accept card payments only.

Pricing & Taxes

Are prices shown inclusive of GST? 

We are not GST-registered currently, so GST does not apply. If this changes, we'll update our pricing page and invoices accordingly.

Are there any setup or hidden fees? 

No. Pricing is transparent. No setup fees and no hidden charges.

Free Trial

Is the trial really free? 

Yes. 30 days free, card is required.

Can I start on a multi-seat plan during the trial? 

Yes. You can start with any plan and adjust seats at any time.

Plans & Seats

What's included in every plan? 

All plans include the same features (Chrome extension + web app, Unlimited Campaigns, AI-assisted outreach & follow-ups, AI Warm-up & guardrails, AI Lead Finder, Inbox & reply tracking, Export Leads, and the full set of Outreach Strategies).

Can I add or remove seats later? 

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade seats at any time (see Upgrades/Downgrades below).

Do seats share data? 

Each seat is a user license. Campaign settings can be coordinated, but inboxes and session data remain per user.

Upgrades & Downgrades

How do upgrades work? 

Upgrades (e.g., 1 → 3 seats) are immediate and prorated. you get access right away and pay only the prorated difference for the remainder of the current period.

Upgrades & Downgrades

How do downgrades work? 

You can downgrade anytime. No refunds are issued; the change takes effect from the next renewal.

Can I switch billing cycles (monthly ↔ quarterly ↔ annual)? 

Yes. Cycle changes apply at the next renewal; any upgrade during a cycle is prorated immediately.

Cancellations & Refunds

How do I cancel? 

You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Your access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Do you offer refunds if I cancel mid-cycle? 

No refunds are offered for mid-cycle cancellations. You retain access until the period ends.

Can I cancel an annual or quarterly plan early? 

Annual and quarterly plans are prepaid and locked in for the full term.

Discounts, Credits & Promotions

Do you offer promo codes or discounts? 

Promotions may be offered occasionally. Details are shown at checkout when applicable. (Multi-seat bundles are generally not promo-eligible.)

Account & Billing Admin

Where can I update my card or download invoices? 

Use the Manage Billing link in your account to update payment methods and access invoices.

What happens if a payment fails? 

Stripe retries automatically. We'll notify you to update your card; service may be paused if payment can't be collected.

Security & Compliance

How secure is my payment information? 

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.

Partner / Affiliate

Do you have an affiliate or partner program? 

Yes—details are on our [Partner page](/affiliate). Pricing FAQs here focus on customer billing.

How do I become an affiliate or partner? 

In order to become an affiliate, you must own at least 1 fully paid and non-promo account. After which, you may apply to become either an affiliate or partner.
